What am I doing?

As I spent more and more time in the gym and consider the (mostly positive) consequences of my weight loss, I continuously become more passionate and develop new opinions --- but I needed a place to put them, so I created my blog. I got too passionate to just have a blog, so  I'm increasing my presence on social media and offering personal coaching.

My struggles are not unique, which is why I share my experiences to learn more about myself and help you.  I hope that you can relate to a thing or two, or at least laugh with me at my own insanity. 😊 Please never hesitate to reach out with questions or feedback - it truly makes my day to hear from you.
